You will act as a key point of coordination across the business, ensuring processes run smoothly, accreditations are maintained, and tender opportunities are effectively managed.Operations and Bid Coordinator Responsibilities: You will take ownership of a broad range of operational and compliance activities, including:Managing and maintaining ISO accreditations (9001, 14001, 45001), including annual auditsOverseeing additional accreditations (CHAS Elite, SafeContractor, Cyber Essentials, Carbon Neutral commitments)Coordinating HR administration via an online platform (e.g. annual leave, sickness tracking, policy updates, contracts)Supporting company policy documentation and compliance processesManaging tender opportunities via online portals, including identifying, coordinating, and submitting bidsActing as a key liaison for frameworks across housing, healthcare, and public sector clientsSupporting ongoing project coordination and attending client meetings when requiredManaging company insurances ..... full job details .....
