Operating from their Desborough site, they offer a collaborative, close-knit office culture where personality, adaptability, and team fit are valued far above industry experience.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesAct as a central point of contact for customers, internal departments, third-party suppliers, and mobile workshop engineers.Set up and maintain vehicle build folders, tracking progress through production, IVA inspections, and final handover.Log incoming service requests, coordinate mobile engineers, and arrange travel logistics (hotels, transport) as required.Handle general operational administration, including inputting engineer timesheets, updating CRM/Excel records, and issuing customer invoices.Deal with live queries and breakdown requests, keeping customers updated and problem-solving alongside the Service ..... full job details .....
