Operations and Accounts Administrator
A client of ours in the Basildon area are recruiting an Operations and Accounts Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm and paying 24,000 - 27,000 per annum depending on experience.Key Duties include but are not limited to:Administration and data entryPassing haulier and agents invoicesWorking closely with the operational teams in different departments Working closely with the finance team to resolve issues involving invoicesQuerying issues on invoices with operational staff across various departmentsLiaising with hauliers and suppliers when issues ariseCompletion of supplier formsAdding supplier costs onto the systemSending out supplier formsAny over task that is deemed necessary to undertake the roleAssisting the European teams with day-to-day tasks as and when requiredSkills and Experience required to be considered for this Operations and Accounts Administrator position:Previous experience within operations, accounts, admin and secretarial.Excellent communication skillsHigh attention to detailExperience in dealing with invoices and data entryLogistics industry experience is desirable but not essentialDiligenceIf you feel like you meet the above criteria and would like to be considered for this Operations and Accounts Administrator position, please apply with your CV and contact Abi at Prime Appointments for a confidential chat. ..... full job details .....
