Location: Irlam

Pay: £13.70 - £14.70 per hour, depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

37.5 hours per week

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service & Operations Administrator to join a busy and growing business based in Irlam.

This is a varied role combining customer service, administration and day-to-day operational support. You''ll be working closely with customers as well as internal teams, suppliers and couriers, so we''re looking for someone who is organised, confident communicating with different people and comfortable dealing with problems when they arise.

What you''ll be doing

• Providing friendly, professional and timely support to customers via email and other communication channels
• Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Escalating more complex queries when required
• Liaising with internal departments, suppliers, couriers and external partners
• Helping to resolve delivery, operational and customer-related queries
• Completing general administration and keeping information accurate and up to date
• Supporting the wider team with the day-to-day running of the operation
• Managing multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment

• Confident communicating with customers by email and telephone
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Able to prioritise their workload and manage multiple queries
• Proactive and willing to take ownership of problems
• Confident using computers and general office systems
• A team player who is happy liaising with different departments
• Previous customer service, administration or operations experience would be beneficial

£13.70 - £14.70 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

Monday to Friday

9:00am - 5:00pm

37.5 hours per week

30-minute unpaid lunch break

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with the intention of moving the successful candidate onto a permanent contract.
