What You ll Be Doing? Managing end-to-end air freight export and/or import shipments Liaising with airlines, customers, overseas agents, and hauliers Handling customs documentation and shipment tracking Providing excellent customer service and proactive communication Ensuring all shipments are completed accurately and efficiently Supporting the wider operations team to maintain smooth day-to-day logistics activity What We re Looking For? Previous experience within Air Freight Operations Strong knowledge of import/export procedures Excellent communication and organisational skills A proactive, team-focused attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment Customs knowledge would be advantageous What s On Offer?Salary between £30,000 £38,000 depending on experience-Monday to Friday working hours no weekends-23 days holiday + bank holidays-Holiday allowance increases with length of service-Management ..... full job details .....
