Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing and acknowledging customer ordersChecking supplier order confirmations against purchase ordersExpediting orders and chasing supplier updatesCoordinating UK and international shipmentsPreparing shipping documentation and liaising with freight forwardersScheduling collections and tracking deliveriesObtaining freight quotes and supporting cost controlRaising invoices and monitoring incoming paymentsManaging pro forma invoices and coordinating paymentsBooking orders and maintaining records in SageSupporting goods receipting and order completionGeneral admin duties including filing, stationery orders, and phone handlingProviding support across the team during busy periods and holiday cover What We''re Looking ForExperience in operations admin, logistics, or expeditingStrong attention to detailConfident communicator with suppliers, customers, and couriersHighly organised with the ability to multitaskSystems experience (Sage advantageous but ..... full job details .....
