Operations Administrator DundeeWe are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Dundee. This is an individual contributor role focused on ensuring supply chain commitments are met through precise data management and documentation. Position OverviewLocation: DundeePay Rate: 13.59 per hourContract Duration: 6 MonthsStart Date: 1st April 2026Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts (06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 23:00)Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be reporting to the Dispensing/Labelling Manager and will be responsible for:ERP Management: Processing job orders and transactions within the ERP system based on local plans.Process Oversight: Reviewing job orders to identify potential barriers to effective supply chain delivery.Quality and Compliance: Completing quality documentation to a high standard, ensuring full compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Team Support: Assisting the Labelling team with the verification of set-up and print operations.Safety and Accountability: Conducting all activities in accordance with site Health and Safety policies and taking full ownership of your personal workload.Your BackgroundEducation: National 4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths, or equivalent experience demonstrating strong literacy and numeracy skills.Technical Skills: Ability to navigate Enterprise Resource Planning ..... full job details .....
