Operations Administrator
We are looking for an Operations Administrator to join an engineering company in Braintree and provide essential support to the Operations Manager and wider business. This is a varied role offering exposure to multiple areas such as reporting, compliance, purchasing, and coordination. This role offers a great opportunity to join a growing team, in a varied and interesting sector with great opportunities to build on experience within the company.Key Details:Starting salary between £30-35kFlexible working hours Monday-Friday (40 hour week)30 days holidayProgression and developmentFree parking on siteKey ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Operations ManagerAssist with planning, coordinating, and monitoring operational activities across multiple projects and teamsSupport workload planning and coordination of operational activitiesAssist with the management and maintenance of ISO systems, procedures, and documentationUpdate compliance records, registers, and controlled documentsSupporting with purchasing including ordering supplies, and raising purchase ordersPrepare weekly and monthly operational reports and support KPI reportingCoordinate meetings, take minutes, and provide operational updatesOrganise and maintain operational documentation and ensure records are accurate and accessibleExperience and Skills needed:Strong admin experience, ideally within construction, engineering or similar industriesExcellent attention to detail and able to manage multiple ..... full job details .....
