This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on timesheet management, reporting, contracts, compliance, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in an operations or administrative role, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Timesheet Management - Oversee contractor timesheets, ensuring accurate submission, approvals, and resolution of discrepancies. Reporting - Generate and analyse operational reports to support decision-making.
