Someone who enjoys being at the centre of the action, coordinating people, information, suppliers, costs, timesheets, documentation and project data to ensure projects are delivered successfully.You''ll work closely with operational leaders, project teams, procurement, finance and suppliers, becoming the person everyone relies on to keep things on track.This is a remote position, although being within reasonable commuting distance of Solihull would be advantageous for occasional meetings and team collaboration.What You''ll Be DoingYou''ll play a key role in supporting multiple projects across the business by:Setting up project documentation and maintaining project recordsProcessing and allocating invoices against project budgetsTracking project costs and supporting margin reportingCoordinating supplier and subcontractor onboarding activitiesSupporting procurement activities and purchase ordersManaging project databases and operational trackersCoordinating timesheets, labour allocations and expense recordsProducing accurate management information and reportsOrganising meetings, tracking actions and ensuring follow-upIdentifying process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracyWhat We''re Looking ..... full job details .....
