This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm although flexibility will be considered if required. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service and Communication: Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, providing timely and professional updates via phone and email. Liaise directly with customers regarding job bookings, changes, follow-up work, and general service updates. Follow up with customers post-service to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction. Handle incoming service-related queries and complaints in a calm, helpful, and solution-focused manner.
