Working for CACI Information Intelligence Group (IIG) as an Operations Administrator, you will join our IdentityE2E business, providing administrative support to our busy and growing office. In this pivotal role you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of our operations processes and be on hand to support the day-to-day needs of the business. You will have a variety of responsibilities which will change and grow as the company continues to go from strength to strength. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator or for a recent graduate/ college leaver looking to start their career in a professional and fast paced office environment, with the chance to gain broad exposure across business operations. Provide general administrative support to the teamWeekly timesheet administration and supportAssist with diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangementsOrganising our social events and company-wide meetingsAssisting the smooth running of our new joiner onboardingMaintaining financial and employee recordsMaintain accurate records and filing systemsHandle incoming calls and emails professionallySupport with document preparation and data entryHelp keep the office organised and running smoothly
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Knowledge:
Highly IT literate including MS applications.
Experience / Qualifications:
Previous experience working in an office environment as an administrator, PA or assistant (desirable)Relevant degree or diploma in a relevant business-related subjectSkills:
