We are currently recruiting an Operations Administrator for a small family run Electrical business near Abingdon.

This is a flexible role and has the ability to fit the needs of the successful applicant. Our Client is adaptable to the hours of work, which may vary between 20-35 hours per week or possibly even full time.

The role is a varied one and will include:-

Improving and streamlining company systems,

Assisting Electricians in the collating and storing of information on company database and management software,

Supporting compliance, reporting and communication between office and site teams,

Working alongside the business owners to provide all customers a first class service,

You will require:

A strong office administration background, ideally with experience in the Construction, Electrical Industry or similar field,

The ability to work independently, show initiative and be enthusiastic and motivated,

A UK Driving licence, due to the location of our Client and the occasional visit to site,

This is an exciting opportunity with a company looking to grow and expand in the next few years, they can offer flexibility and development for the right candidate. Salary and hours of work are negotiable, the company can offer some hybrid working.
