Operations Administrator (with credit control) Milton Keynes - hybrid 28,000 per annum / 35-hour week Permanent We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to join our client to support the smooth day-to-day running of multiple business functions. This is a varied role that sits across operations, finance, and administration. You will play a key part in ensuring processes run efficiently and supporting teams across the business. Benefits 25 days plus bank holidays Individual performance bonus Private healthcare after probation Private pension after probation Flexible hybrid working Key Responsibilities for an Operations Administrator (with credit control) Manage credit control activities, including chasing payments, resolving queries, and reporting on aged debt Maintain accurate customer and supplier records across internal systems Support scheduling, purchasing, and general operational coordination Assist with invoicing and contract administration Update internal trackers, records, and documentation Provide day-to-day administrative support, including travel booking and office coordination Handle general business support tasks and ad hoc duties as required Key skills for an Operations Administrator (with credit control) Experience using Xero or a similar system Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Experience with accounting systems is advantageous If you are interested in this role, please apply here! ..... full job details .....
