Operational Transformation Project Manager - Transformation Projects Salary £63,345 Hybrid Bath We''re looking for an organised and proactive Project Manager to lead projects that improve services, create efficiencies, and make a positive difference for our customers and communities. Continuous Improvement: maximise efficiencies, minimise waste, manage cross-project dependencies, and track performance metrics. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary role. You''ll work across teams alongside other areas of the business.You''ll bring people together, manage competing priorities, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Working across teams and with external partners, you''ll take projects from initial planning through to successful completion.
