Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours each week, working 5 over 7 days of 7.5 hour shifts including an element of weekend working Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent Salary: £15.07 per hour Location: Leicester We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Operational Training Team Leader to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on leadership role with primary responsibility for training, capability development, compliance, and maintaining audit-ready training systems across the site. The successful candidate will lead all operational training activities, ensure training records and competency matrices are accurate and up to date, deliver inductions and skills training, and support the ongoing development of production teams. Alongside these responsibilities, the role will also involve day-to-day Team Leader duties, ensuring operational performance, quality, safety, and people management standards are maintained.
