As our Operational Training Manager, you''ll be the driving force behind building that capability. You''ll lead the design, delivery and governance of all operational training across the Bradford site, shaping a high-performing, safety-first culture while ensuring training is aligned with business priorities, operational demands and compliance standards.This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00Pay, benefits and more:We''re looking to offer a salary of up to £40,000 per annum and 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
