From day one inductions to hands-on equipment training, you''ll make sure our people have the skills and confidence to do their jobs safely and brilliantly.Deliver practical and engaging training across multiple departmentsLead inductions for new starters and agency colleaguesTrain, assess and re-certify colleagues on MHEMake sure everything we do is safe, compliant and by the bookKeep training records accurate and up to dateWork closely with teams like Health and Safety, HR and OperationsSpot opportunities to improve processes and raise standardsHelp make sure mandatory training is completed across your shiftA Few Things About You:We''re after someone who''s confident, hands-on and great with people - someone who can bring training to life and adapt their style to suit every learner.You''ll need:A full UK driving licenceAn accredited MHE Instructor qualification (RTITB / ITSSAR / AITT)Experience operating a range of manual/material handling equipmentA strong ..... full job details .....
