      <description>Location: Gorseinon | Salary: 32535.36-32535.36 Annual | Type: Permanent | ABOUT THE ROLEAs an Operational Trainer with Barchester, you''ll make sure the people working in our care homes and independent mental health hospitals have the training they need to provide the best in person-centred care for our residents and patients. This is a home-based role that will see you travelling to different care homes and hospitals across a specific region to ensure that we always meet our high training standards. As an organisation, we put a huge emphasis on training and development, and you''ll be pivotal in ensuring our provision always is second to none. Your specific responsibilities will span training delivery, staff inductions and development, which makes this a very varied role. You can expect to be involved with everything, from planning training calendars, championing e-learning and supporting employees through their induction, to attending conferences, optimising apprenticeship opportunities and analysing our ongoing training needs.
