Operating in over 80 countries across five continents, we support airlines, flight schools, and aviation businesses by delivering over 5,500 tests monthly via our bespoke ADAPT assessment programmes.We are a close-knit, team-oriented business that genuinely believes accurate assessment is the cornerstone of people success.The RoleAs our Operational Support Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring our B2B and B2C clients and candidates enjoy a seamless onboarding and user experience.This is a varied, fast-paced position where you will support the Key Account Manager (KAM), manage client accounts, coordinate administrative processes for our Psychological Services, and assist with key operational systems projects.
