Operational Support Coordinator

Working Hours:
This role is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week with flexible rolling shifts between 6:30 am and 8:30 pm, including working 2 out of 4 weekends. After an initial training period of 3-4 weeks (Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm), you will transition to a hybrid work model, spending 3 days working from home and 2 days in the Warrington office.

About the Role:
As an Operational Support Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that we meet our targets and deadlines while delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily Operations: Identify, investigate, and manage data for daily/weekly reporting.
- Compliance: Raise necessary documents for non-compliance reporting to external agencies.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications from all customers with professionalism and care.
- Diary Management: Organize court cases, update Microsoft Outlook, and manage team email inboxes.
- Liaison: Collaborate with internal personnel and external agencies, including Courts, Police, CPS, and Probation.
- Record Maintenance: Update and maintain required records and systems with accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and quality reviews of work processes.
