It''s a hands-on operations, administration and coordination position supporting engineers, customers, and the wider business. You''ll become the operational hub of a small, technical team, managing scheduling, invoicing, reporting, KPIs, documentation, and day-to-day office activity.The business is a recently acquired calibration provider serving industrial and regulated manufacturing customers across Northern Ireland. With a small team of field engineers, a bookkeeper, and the owner still involved, this is a tight-knit environment where structure, organisation, and responsiveness make a huge difference.The new owners intend to retain the technical expertise while strengthening operations and preparing the business for future growth.
