Your new company A leading financial services organisation is seeking an Operational Risk Management Senior Specialist to join its growing Risk Oversight function. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that places risk management, governance and customer outcomes at the heart of its operations.Working within a collaborative and highly visible risk team, you will play a key role in strengthening the organisation''s operational risk framework, providing independent oversight and challenge across multiple business areas while supporting the delivery of regulatory and consumer-focused objectives. Your new role As an Operational Risk Management Senior Specialist, you will operate within the Second Line of Defence, providing oversight and challenge to ensure operational risks are effectively identified, assessed and managed across the business.You will lead reviews of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), perform independent testing of key controls, oversee incident management activities and provide meaningful risk reporting to senior stakeholders and governance committees.
