Take ownership of operational risk reviews across key business areas, including front office and trade support functionsActively assess current risks and controls, identifying vulnerabilities and supporting teams to close gapsDrive meaningful insights through risk incident analysis, feeding into continuous improvements and policy developmentPartner with teams across regions to promote consistent standards and embed risk thinking into day-to-day decision-makingContribute to the preparation of governance materials and risk committee updatesMonitor trends, emerging threats, and lessons learned, ensuring forward-looking risk managementRepresent first line risk change initiatives, new product proposals, and operational enhancementsYour Background

Proven experience in operational risk, business controls or enterprise risk, ideally gained in a trading, markets or investment environmentUnderstanding of operational risk methodologies, including risk assessments, scenario analysis, and risk appetite frameworksCommercially aware with the confidence to challenge constructively and advise the business on risk decisionsStrong communicator who can work with senior stakeholders across multiple locations and time zonesDetail-driven, but also capable of thinking strategically about long-term improvements and cultural impactComfortable working autonomously, managing multiple priorities, and adapting to changeUK-based and authorised to work in the UKThis role is ideal for someone looking to step into a fast-moving, globally connected business with the scale to offer genuine career development, and the culture to make your voice heard.
