Purpose of the roleTo support management in the implementation of the operational risk management framework and provide expert knowledge and guidance to business units and group functions on all elements of operational risk. To work collaboratively in a relationship management approach, successfully implementing the framework elements and promoting a culture of clear ownership, accountability and responsibility for Operational Risk Management.

The ideal candidate will have subject Matter Expertise in one or more of the following areas:FraudBusiness Continuity/Operational ResilienceChange and Delivery RiskThird Party ManagementTransaction ProcessingLegal Risk

Skills and ExperienceEssential5+ years experience of working within Operational Risk within Banking (or broader Financial Services)Maintaining a good understanding of current Bank relevant risks / issues / events enabling constructive challenge and informative reporting.Strong analysis skills and high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.Sound reporting skills – ability to translate data into information.Excellent communication, organisational and influencing skills with the ability to engage with colleagues of all levels across the organization and able to draft reports to senior leaders and Executive ..... full job details .....
