Operational Risk Analyst

We''re looking for an Operational Risk Analyst to join our second line Risk team and help strengthen the organisation''s risk management framework. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of experience in financial services and a passion for risk, data, and continuous improvement. What you''ll be doing: Supporting operational risk processes including incident management, RCSAs, risk metrics, and reporting Analysing risk events, losses, and supporting Basel 3.1 data readiness Delivering insights for internal risk committees and contributing to regulatory reporting Coordinating risk policy reviews, culture initiatives, and training programmes Helping enhance risk systems and tools What we''re looking for: A curious, analytical mindset with strong communication skills Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and data handling Experience in risk or a related area (or a strong desire to grow into it) Interest in professional risk qualifications (support provided) This is a chance to work across the Bank, contribute to strategic improvements, and help shape a strong, positive risk culture.InterQuest Group is acting as an employment agency for this vacancy.
