Operational Resource Manager Working Pattern: This post is available on a full time, part time or job share basis, and flexible working hours can be accommodated. Location: We will consider applications from people able to access the following offices: Birmingham, Bristol, Bootle, Croydon, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, Reading or Swansea. Existing GIAA employees appointed into this new role will be allowed to remain at their current workplace location. About the Job In this role, you will: Manage day-to-day resource allocation, matching staff to tasks based on skills and availability, and adjusting in real time to meet business needs.
