we encourage you to apply!The roleThe Operational Resilience Manager is responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, testing, and ongoing improvement of GoCardless\''s resilience capabilities.That means, supporting our Head of Operational Resilience and Incident Management, you will be:Working with stakeholders across the business to map our critical business services and define our impact tolerances.Driving the ongoing development of our business continuity, crisis management and disaster recovery strategies and plans to ensure the ongoing delivery of our critical business services.Supporting the completion risk assessments and business impact analysis.Supporting the development and facilitation of a regular schedule of exercises, ranging from desktop exercises to full ‘stress test’ simulations.Ensuring we maintain our ISO22301 certification.Ensuring our resilience programme meets the operations resilience requirements of the FCA and ACPR (e.g. DORA, PS21/3).Supporting the creation of our resilience metrics and annual self assessment.Supporting the development and assessment of third party resilience measures (e.g. supplier due diligence, exit planning).Providing incident and crisis management support for live events (please note that this will require periodic out of hours support).What excites youYou care deeply about building strong resilience into an organisation, encompassing business continuity, disaster recovery, incident and crisis management.You enjoy understanding and exploring business processes and take pride in continuous improvement.You are both a natural collaborator and a highly motivated and organised self-starter.You are looking to take the next step in your resilience journey.What excites usYou have experience of delivering operational resilience programmes (including business continuity, crisis management, disaster recovery, and third party resilience) in a financial services organisation, with knowledge of UK/EU regulation being a distinct advantage.You have experience of managing live incidents.You have worked in an environment that either had or was working towards resilience certifications (e.g., ISO 22301).You are detail and process oriented.You have an open mind on how to get things done (we are Fintech and we don’t want bureaucracy for the sake of it!).Base salary range:
the expected base salary range for this position is between
£47,200
-
£70,800.Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.Note:
