Operational Resilience and Physical Security Manager - Surrey (1 day per week onsite) Meraki Talent are partnering with a well-established client of ours in the financial sector who are looking to appoint an Operational Resilience and Physical Security Manager into a newly created, high-impact role within their leadership team. This position will take ownership of the design, implementation, and governance of operational resilience and physical security frameworks, ensuring full alignment with FCA and ICO requirements. You''ll lead business continuity, incident and crisis management planning, and work closely with IT to align technical recovery with critical business services. The role also carries responsibility for physical security across multiple sites.
