Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the 2nd and 3rd line teams to ensure a cohesive three lines of defence model.Leadership: Manage and develop a team of Operations Control Associates.Quality Assurance: Facilitate and undertake quality assurance activities, such as file checks and reviews.Governance: Maintain and own all key process control artefacts and governance frameworks.Risk Management: Conduct regular risk assessments, maintain risk registers, and track actions.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous process improvement and undertake root cause and trend analysis of operational issues.Communication: Regularly communicate changes to policies and procedures and promote an effective risk culture across the enterprise.Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualifications: Preferably degree-level education or equivalent practical experience in operations, compliance, or risk management.Experience: Strong background in operations, support, or middle/back office environments, with exposure to risk management and regulatory practices. Experience in the insurance, broking, or underwriting sectors is highly desirable.Skills: Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and presentation skills.
