Compiling and distributing comprehensive daily operational performance reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all data outputs. Maintaining and updating reporting dashboards and tools to provide clear visibility into key metrics for stakeholders at every level. Analysing large sets of operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas where improvements can be made. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data, share findings, and develop a communal approach to problem-solving.
