Thera North has an exciting opportunity available for an Operational Manager to join an outstanding charity and senior management team. You will join us on a full-time, fixed permanent basis. Thera North are recruiting an Operational Manager. This is rare and exciting opportunity to join an outstanding company and senior management team. The Successful Candidate will be responsible for leading and managing several Support Managers and the teams they oversee who are providing support to people with Learning disabilities. The role will involve working as part of the Senior management team, maintaining outstanding quality of support and being part of developing further opportunities to provide support for more people.
