Operational Manager

Ansar Projects are recruiting an Operational Manager. This is rare and exciting opportunity to join an outstanding company and senior management team. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis. Location: Homebased with frequent travel within Ansar Projects Additional Information: Driver, full UK driving licence is essential. The Successful Candidate will be responsible for leading and managing several Support Managers and the teams they oversee who are providing support to people with Learning disabilities. The role will involve working as part of the Senior management team, maintaining outstanding quality of support and being part of developing further opportunities to provide support for more people.
