Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse complex operational data. Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate, influence stakeholders and drive positive outcomes through data-led insight. Experience leading change and service improvement, taking projects from concept to delivery while influencing others to achieve objectives. Strong decision-making skills with the ability to interpret complex data, apply sound judgement and make evidence-based recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting complex findings and recommendations to senior leaders.
