Dornan Engineering Group is a leading international engineering contractor delivering high-value projects across Europe, UK & Ireland. Based in Cork, this is an exciting opportunity to join our Finance team as a Operational Finance Specialist, reporting to the Operational Finance Manager, the Specialist will play an important and varied role within the department and will cross over a number of areas such as Property Management, Account Receivable, Employee Expense Reimbursements, Credit Card Transactions, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliations.

Your day to day will include:

• Processing group credit card transactions and reconciliation of credit card statements. 

• Processing of Employee expenses for reimbursement. 

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties. 

• Dealing with company staff accommodations and associated lease payments and utility bills. 

• Weekly Bank Reconciliations. 

• Company Vehicles - maintain up to date log of motor vehicles for tax, insurance (dealing with queries in relation to same), NCT, Driver information, Fuel cards and monthly depreciation charges. 

About You:

• 3 years previous finance experience in a large company using computerised systems. 

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central would be an advantage.   
• Comfortable in a fast paced, challenging environment. 

• Good attention to detail.  

• Excellent time management with an ability to work to strict deadlines.  

• Strong communication & team skills and problem solving.
