Operational Finance Analyst

The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams to deliver accurate financial insights, identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, and support decision-making processes that enhance business performance.Client DetailsA well established organisation that operate throughout the UK with a base in North Kent. DescriptionPrepare and analyse daily, weekly and monthly manufacturing performance reportsTrack and report key operational KPIs, including: Labour efficiency, Yield and waste, Material usage variances, Production volumesAnalyse manufacturing costs and investigate variances against budget, forecast, and standard costs.Provide insightful commentary on financial and operational performance.Support month-end close activities, including accruals, journals, and reconciliations.Maintain and review standard costing models.Monitor and analyse material, labour, and overhead cost variances.Support product costing and profitability analysis.Assist with annual cost roll processes and cost updates.Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecastsProfileA successful Operational Finance Analyst should have:Part Qualified/ Qualified (CIMA / ACCA)Proven experience in financial managementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong organisational abilities.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Job OfferSalary: 40,000 - 45,000, dependent on the level of experience.Bupa healthcare cash plan after probation.Life insurance Free parking on ..... full job details .....
