The roleWe''re looking for an Operational Excellence Manager to play a pivotal role in maintaining and advancing the standards, systems and processes across our Roastery.Reporting to the Operations Director, you''ll work across Coffee Roasting, Procurement and Inventory, and Production, to ensure our operations run safely, efficiently, and to the highest possible standards. You''ll be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading compliance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across our Roastery.The role has a strong focus on Health and Safety, Food Safety, BRCGS, and operational resilience.
