What you''ll do:

• Operate and maintain high voltage networks (up to 33kV)
• Deliver both planned and reactive maintenance
• Lead operational and control tasks, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards
• Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of safety and excellence
• Collaborate with clients and seek new opportunities for growth

What we''re looking for:

• Experience in operational and maintenance of distribution systems up to 33kV
• ONC/HNC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
• Relevant safety qualifications (e.g., IOSH)
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills
• Full UK driving licence
