Zak IncorporatedYou will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding relationships with key e-commerce clients. Acting as the bridge between the operational teams, the clients internationally based and UK-based personnel, and the leadership team. Responsible for day-to-day service performance, client communications, process optimisation, and supporting commercial expansion across the UK and international markets. A hands-on, solution-oriented individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will be responsible for managing existing and new clients to ensure our client meets and exceeds its targets.

Responsibilities

Manage and expand relationships with key e-commerce clients; act as a liaison between client teams and Zak Incorporated leadership.

Oversee day-to-day service performance, client communications, process optimisation, and support commercial expansion across UK and international markets.

Work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; be hands-on and solution-oriented.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client targets and drive growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Language Requirement: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Head of Operations, COO, CRO, FD and tech support to execute growth initiatives and resolve challenges swiftly.

Experience with ecommerce logistics solutions.

Customer-focused with a deep understanding of operations.

3+ years of experience in Logistics in the Gig Economy.

Proven experience managing large or complex customer accounts from a commercial and operational perspective.

Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a startup mindset.

Analytical thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Experience working with Chinese businesses or within the Asia-Europe logistics corridor is a strong benefit.
