The role covers complex projects within data centres and pharmaceutical environments, as well as wider European project delivery.This is a key leadership position responsible for operational performance, project delivery, and team management across multiple high-value programmes.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support Project Managers and Engineers across live projectsOversee full project delivery: cost, programme, quality, and safetyManage budgets, forecasting, and cost-to-complete reportingApprove and track variations, applications for payment, and final accountsEnsure strong subcontractor and supplier performanceDrive customer satisfaction and manage key stakeholder relationshipsEnsure compliance with ISO standards, CDM regulations, and HandS requirementsSupport recruitment, development, and performance of delivery teamsProduce project reports, forecasts, and performance updatesDrive continuous improvement across processes and deliveryWhat We''re Looking for:Experience in engineering, construction, or building services operationsBackground in data centres or critical environments (preferred)Proven leadership of technical or project teamsStrong commercial awareness (budgets, margins, forecasting)Excellent ..... full job details .....
