Your new company My client, a leading law firm based in the heart of Liverpool city centre, is seeking a professional Operational Excellence Manager to join their Pre-Litigation Credit Hire Team.You will be joining a firm that is recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners and offers a variety of services, including Credit Hire, Personal Injury, including Complex Injury, Clinical and Professional Negligence, Housing Disrepair, Group Action Claims and Public Enquiries.This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who wishes to develop and get the best out of a professional team. Your new role Reporting to the Directors, who will be required to shape and drive their growth strategy by establishing and sustaining excellent working relationships with the organisation''s insurance and Solicitor Partners through regular collaboration.You will also be responsible for supporting the Heads of Department to lead high-performing teams, implementing technical strategies, driving operational excellence and delivering an excellent client care journey.Please note that to be successful in this role, you must possess experience within Credit Hire in a legal setting. Some of your duties will include but not limited to.
