Operation and Sales Supervisor, Corby Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00 / Friday 08:00-16:00 (39hrs) Salary: £38,000 £42,000 per annum (depending on experience) Our client is a world-leading manufacturer, recognised internationally for innovation, quality, and engineering excellence. They are looking for an enthusiastic and capable Operations Supervisor to help lead their daily operations and support the continued growth and improvement of their business. Operation and Sales Supervisor Job Description Reporting into the Operations Director, playing a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our clients manufacturing Operation and Sales Desk. Responsible for setting the strategic direction, you will be ensuring daily activities are delivered efficiently, priorities are coordinated, and teams are supported to achieve operational objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role, leading the Production team and Sales Desk staff (10-15 people across both areas), ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the high standards our customers expect. Working closely with the Operations Director to implement improvements, develop employees and drive operational excellence across both manufacturing and customer order processing.
