OpenShift ArchitectInitial 3-Month ContractRemote Working 650 - 700 p/day, Inside IR35 We''re working with a leading Global IT Services Provider who are looking for an OpenShift Architect to support a large-scale cloud migration programme. This role will focus on migrating a portfolio of microservices-based applications from an on-premises cloud environment to AWS. Key responsibilities:Lead the architecture and design of a large-scale application migration to AWSProduce high-level and low-level solution design documentationProvide technical guidance on migrating microservices-based applicationsDesign and support container platform solutions using EKS, ECS and OpenShiftCollaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define migration strategiesContribute to AWS cost modelling and provide commercial considerations for proposed solutionsRequired experience:Proven experience delivering large-scale cloud migration programmesExperience supporting large-scale application migration programmes from on-premises environments to AWSHands-on experience with EKS, ECS and OpenShift (essential)Experience designing and documenting high-level and low-level solution designsStrong understanding of microservices architecture and application migration strategiesAWS Kiro is desirableECS Recruitment Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
