Key Responsibilities Clinical Assessment: Provide rapid telephone/video triage, face-to-face consultations at urgent care hubs, and home visits for non-ambulatory patients. Acute Care & Prescribing: Diagnose and treat acute, unscheduled primary care presentations; prescribe safely in line with local formularies. Handover & Systems: Maintain clear records (e.g., Adastra, SystmOne, EMIS) and execute safe handovers to daytime GP practices or secondary care. Quality & Safety: Follow NHS safeguarding, clinical governance, and infection control standards. Essential Criteria Qualifications: MBChB/MBBS, GMC Registration (with License to Practice), and inclusion on the NHS Performers List.
