About the Role We are looking for a dependable, proactive, and customer-focused Onsite Workplace Engineer to join our IT support team within a financial services environment. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide reliable day-to-day support for employees, reduce technology-related disruptions, and ensure the digital workplace operates smoothly. The successful candidate will not only respond to technical issues but will also identify and resolve potential problems before they affect users or business operations. 2. Key Responsibilities End-User andamp; Technical Support: Provide high-quality Tier 1 and Tier 2 support across a modern Windows environment, including Windows 10/11, Office 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft AutoPilot. Workplace Hardware andamp; AV Support: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, meeting-room AV systems, and other workplace peripherals. Hardware Repairs andamp; Vendor Coordination: Manage support cases with hardware manufacturers such as Lenovo, Dell, and HP, coordinating replacement parts, technician visits, and laptop repairs through to completion.
