Onsite Technical Project Manager- OSS

Role name:- Onsite Technical PM- OSSLocation:- Newbury, UKJob Type: Permanent Key Skills andamp; Experience: Strong Technical Delivery and System Integration experience, preferably within Telecom OSS and Network domains. Proven Project Management experience using tools such as MS Project (MPP), Pega, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc. Experience delivering large-scale technology transformation projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams. Proven experience managing risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and mitigation plans. Experience managing network change control and release management activities. Experience working with Cyber Security teams, architects and control functions to ensure delivery compliance and security assurance. Experience managing project financials, budget forecasts, actuals tracking and cost governance. Strong vendor and supplier management capability. Ability to work effectively in complex and ambiguous delivery environments. Telecom experience highly preferred. Strong Telecom and OSS domain expertise is a key differentiator. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications preferred. Responsibilities: Manage multiple OSS and Network delivery projects end-to-end. Own delivery from design through implementation and operational acceptance. Ensure delivery is on time, within budget and meets quality expectations.
