About The Role

As our Onsite Stock Coordinator, you will work from our retail store in Nottingham, and visit customer sites to ensure our Arco vending machines are fully stocked at all times. This will require someone who has a high attention to detail, is comfortable working autonomously and can work to a schedule. The role is a part time position on a 24 hour contract working 3 days a week - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 08:00am to 17:00pm.Responsibilities

Acquire relevant stock items for customer vending machines from Arco safety storesStock our Arco vending machines on customer sites as requiredLiaise directly with customers and account managers to ensure a high level of serviceEfficiently managing time to ensure customers sites are visited at agreed dates and timesProviding web support for self-managed customersLiaising with the central team to ensure stocks are counted and accurate data maintained as well as updating them on relevant customer informationMaintaining professional housekeeping standards of all inventory and locations within a customer site and work in the trade counter as required in times of absence/holidays of colleaguesComplying with vehicle servicing requirements and maintain the appearance of their company vehicleCompleting weekly control forms to be returned to the central team for loggingBenefits

A full UK driving licenceStrong communication and customer service skills to liaise with customers and managementExcellent IT skills/ knowledge with the ability to adapt to new systemsThe ability to plan, prioritise and effectively manager your own daily/weekly workloadSupply chain knowledge would be an advantage but not essentialAbout Us
