Onsite Services Engineer

Onsite Services Engineer Salary: 30,000 per year (plus on call allowance)Working hours: 09:00-17:30Location: Fully on-site in Lytham St Annes Security Clearance: SC Clearance but candidate can start once their BPSS Clearance comes throughWe are recruiting for an experienced Onsite Services Engineer to join a busy IT support team delivering high-quality onsite and deskside support services. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on hardware experience who enjoys working in customer-facing environments.Key Responsibilities:Provide onsite/deskside and remote support within SLA targetsPerform hardware break-fix, device replacements and IMAC activitiesDiagnose and resolve desktop, hardware, software and connectivity issuesManage ticket updates, escalations and user communicationSupport additional customer sites where requiredSkills and Experience:Previous IT Support, Deskside or Field Engineering experienceStrong Windows OS and desktop/laptop troubleshooting skillsExperience with hardware support, networking and remote access technologiesExposure to Active Directory and Microsoft Office / Office 365 beneficialStrong communication, customer service and problem-solving abilitiesECS Recruitment Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
