When a new starter needs reassurance or a shift needs last-minute cover, you ll be the person who helps get things sorted.Kingdom People s Bognor Regis team supplies temporary workers to the food, agricultural and horticultural sectors. We re looking for an organised, approachable Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to support our workers and help our clients shifts run smoothly.You ll work closely with supervisors, line leaders and our recruitment team, making sure workers arrive, understand their assignments and have someone they can turn to. It s a varied, hands on role where your communication and practical decisions will make a difference every day.What you can look forward to: £29,120 annual salary in a permanent, full-time position.A structured induction and practical training covering client operations, recruitment systems and workforce coordination.Support from our Bognor Regis team and Senior Operations Manager as you settle into the role.Variety and responsibility, combining time with workers on site, client communication and recruitment administration.The opportunity to develop your experience in temporary recruitment, people management and food industry operations.
