About the RoleBased in the Pickering area, this role will involve some travel within the local area for recruitment purposes. The successful candidate will manage and grow relationships with a key client, while delivering an exceptional recruitment and service experience. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong working relationships with key client stakeholdersDeliver a high standard of candidate care throughout the recruitment journeyConduct telephone screenings and face-to-face interviews to ensure high-quality candidate selectionCoordinate candidate site visits, inductions, and trainingComplete recruitment administration and ensure full compliance with relevant checksMaintain accurate and up-to-date records on the company databaseProvide consistently high levels of customer service to clients and candidates About YouPrevious experience working within a recruitment environmentFull UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle ..... full job details .....
